our r&d dept. includes machining technology office, casting technology office and technology center. we make the new product development and synchronous exploration with complete engine plants. our r&d dept. has 36 professional researchers. there is many professional equipment such as direct reading spectrometer, metallographic atlas analyzer, x-ray flaw detector, three-coordinate measuring machine, x-ray real-time imaging detection system, cleaness testing equipment, intelligent thermal engineering instrument verification system etc. our r&d technology center is rated as “enterprise technology center certified by shanxi province”. we keep improving our technical process. it forms a complete system which is including casting process design, mould design and manufacture, aluminium alloy composition analysis, machining, product inspection and so on. |
